Our goal is to produce products that you will enjoy for your big day and for years to come.  We welcome all custom orders and will strive to make them exactly what you envision. 
 
Payment is due in full at time of order. All orders will begin processing as soon as the payment is made.  Allow 2-3 weeks for shipping.  We prefer orders are made at least 5 weeks before the wedding day to alot for any holidays or slow shipping.  If requested, we can email a picture of your finished product to you before shipping to get your final opinion. 
 
Return Policy:
There are no returns on custom order items!
All other items may only be returned in original packaging if un-opened and if returned within 3 days of receipt. The only exception is the items of those who requested pictures.  If pictures were requested, then returns are not allowed!
 
All shipping costs are covered by the buyer and will not be returned at any time!
